Fast cure for primers and topcoats

NACURE® acid catalysts accelerate the amino crosslinked reaction by reducing the temperature and time needed to cure the system. These systems are commonly used for primer and top coat formulations. Selecting the proper NACURE acid catalyst could improve the crosslinking of the final film. These tough high performance films can exhibit improved moisture/corrosion resistance, higher gloss, excellent exterior durability and improved adhesion.

Flexibility, hardness & exterior durability

K-FLEX® diol resin modifiers bring the unique characteristics of added flexibility while maintaining hardness. K-FLEX diols can also provide excellent exterior durability, adhesion and stone chip resistance in primers and topcoats. K-FLEX resin modifiers are provided as 100% active liquids that can effectively reduce overall VOC of your systems. K-POL 8211 is an economical diol that provides formulatiors with excellent cost performance balance to improve hardness, adhesion and chemical resistance of coatings.

Provide pigment suspension

With the addition of surface control agents and rheology additives, the optimal transportation coating can be achieved with excellent sag control, pigment suspension, anti-cratering, defoaming and leveling properties. DISPARLON® provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne transportation coatings.

High gloss for solventborne systems

K-STAY® is an additional liquid post-addable rheology modifier option for highly pigmented systems for sag control with high gloss. Ideal systems are moisture cure and 2K urethane solventborne systems.

Environmentally friendly catalysts

K-KAT® non-tin catalysts offer excellent pot life and cure profiles for 2K polyurethane spray applied applications.
