Toughness where you need it most
NACURE® acid catalysts accelerate the amino crosslinked reaction by reducing the temperature and time needed to cure the system. These tough high performance films can exhibit improved moisture/corrosion resistance, higher gloss, excellent exterior durability and improved adhesion.
Environmentally friendly catalysts
K-KAT® catalysts are alternatives to tin catalysts for isocyanate, blocked isocyanate and moisture cure silane systems.
Broad range of film hardness, with flexibility
K-FLEX® resin modifiers provide improved flexibility and reduced VOC. They are available with a broad range of viscosities and film hardness capabilities. K-FLEX resins provide good UV durability, moisture resistance and adhesion in primers and clear coat formulations. K-POL 8211 is a cost effective resin modifier for 2K PU systems. It provides improved flexibility while maintaining hardness with the added benefit of chemical/stain resistance. K-FLEX and K-POL® diols have good compatibility with a variety of resins for SB/WR/WB coatings.
Corrosion and water resistance
NACORR® Liquid Rust & Corrosion Inhibitors provide corrosion resistance for solventborne and waterborne systems. NACORR can be used as the primary corrosion inhibitor or in combination with anticorrosive pigments. NACORR products exhibit synergy with anti-corrosive pigments improving the salt spray resistance of the coating.
Sag control for highly pigmented systems
K-STAY® is an additional liquid post-addable rheology modifier option for highly pigmented systems for sag control with high gloss. Ideal systems are moisture cure and 2K urethane solventborne systems.
Surface control for heavy duty coatings
With the addition of surface control agents and rheology additives, the optimal light or heavy duty industrial coating can be achieved with excellent pigment suspension, high thixotropic effect, defoaming and leveling properties. DISPARLON® provides a balanced mix of performance benefits for both waterborne and solventborne industrial coatings.
